Senior Cadence Analyst - East Coast Client (Remote)
We are hiring for two separate Senior Cadence Analyst contract roles with our client on the East Coast. Both positions require strong Epic Cadence and Referrals expertise, but differ in scope and duration.
Role 1: Scheduling Assessment (12 Weeks)
  • Start Date: August 17th
  • Duration: ~3 months (12 weeks)
  • Rate: $110/hr
  • Focus: Purely analysis - no system changes
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct a 10-week scheduling assessment at a large East Coast health system
    • Pull and interpret Epic reports/dashboards (provider utilization, slot availability, no-show rates, fill rates)
    • Compile utilization, capacity, demand, and waste assessments across ambulatory and imaging departments
    • Identify hotspot providers/departments for deeper review
    • Evaluate scheduling rules, decision trees, visit type configuration, block usage, session limits, modifiers, fast pass settings
    • Assess online scheduling slot visibility and security differentiation between Clinical Access Center and practice schedulers
    • Evaluate MyChart self-scheduling configuration and barriers to adoption
    • Assess readiness for Epic scheduling enhancements

Role 2: Team Augmentation (6 Months)
  • Start Date: August 17th
  • Duration: ~6 months
  • Rate: $90+/hr
  • Focus: Augmenting the client's Cadence team
  • Responsibilities:
    • Support standard Cadence functions: scheduling templates, provider utilization, decision trees, visit type configuration
    • Collaborate with existing analysts to maintain and optimize scheduling workflows
    • Provide expertise in Cadence and Referrals to strengthen the team's capabilities

Qualifications (for both roles)
  • Epic Certifications: Cadence and Referrals (required)
  • 10+ years of Epic experience with Cadence, Prelude, Welcome, and related modules
  • Strong background in workflow analysis, scheduling optimization, and decision tree configuration
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret Epic reports and dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders
