Job description

Position Gambling Manager Type Hourly contract Compensation $20–$50/hour Location Remote Commitment 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Train and provide structured feedback to systems using real-world casino and gambling operations expertise. Interpret and explain casino scenarios to improve understanding of gaming protocols, customer interactions, and regulatory requirements. Review, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, fairness, and adherence to industry best practices.

Document casino workflows including payouts, betting limits, game rules, and operational procedures to support AI model development. Develop training materials and scenario-based datasets for AI systems focused on gambling and casino management. Requirements Proven experience as a Casino Manager, Shift Manager, Table Games Manager, Pit Manager, Slot Manager, or similar role.

Strong understanding of casino operations, including house rules, money handling, security protocols, and customer management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision. Ability to resolve customer disputes, recognize cheating patterns, and explain complex gaming concepts.

Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership experience, including staff coordination, scheduling, and operational oversight. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
