Job description

Position Summary:
Berg Enterprises, Inc., is seeking inexperienced and experienced sheet metal installers to join our team in San Antonio, TX, and other sites throughout Texas.

Upon project completion, employees may have the opportunity to travel to other regional and national project sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment as assigned.

  • Take charge of all assigned work and maintain a sense of ownership of all scope on-site.

  • Walk the site in an observed manner, taking note of hazards and, when appropriate, correcting them accordingly.

  • Develop an awareness of the entire project to include other trade work.

  • Communicate with fellow crew members and assigned foreman.
