Depending on Experience The Digital Applications Team at one of our largest Fortune 200 Energy Generation clients is undergoing a major Digital Transformation focused on modernizing how digital platforms are built, governed, and adopted across the enterprise. As part of this effort, the team is leveraging Microsoft SharePoint as a core platform to enable collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital product delivery.

The SharePoint Developer will play a critical role in designing, building, and enhancing SharePoint solutions that support Digital Transformation initiatives. This individual will partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly SharePoint experiences. Requirements 5+ years of experience developing and administering SharePoint solutions, preferably in enterprise environments Strong experience with SharePoint Online and modern site architecture Hands‐on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Experience implementing security, permissions, and governance models Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale platform initiatives Bonus Requirements Experience with Microsoft Azure services and integrations Familiarity with enterprise content management or knowledge management platforms Experience supporting regulated or complex enterprise environments Exposure to UX/UI design principles for enterprise applications Your Responsibilities Include Design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, and components in alignment with Digital Transformation initiatives Build and configure SharePoint solutions using out‐of‐the‐box capabilities, custom development, and integrations where appropriate Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Implement governance, security, and permission models aligned with enterprise standards Develop and maintain workflows and automation using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 tools Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft platforms such as Power Platform, Teams, and Azure services Support release and deployment readiness for SharePoint solutions and enhancements Troubleshoot issues related to performance, access, and functionality Document solution designs, development standards, and operational procedures Continuously optimize SharePoint solutions to improve usability, performance, and adoption What's in it for you?
