Job description

PURPOSE:
The Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator (remote) will support the day-to-day management and execution of website content across the client's property websites. This role is part of a collaborative team of digital content specialists and plays a key role in ensuring content accuracy, brand guidelines, and strong SEO performance.
This individual will manage website content workflows, respond to incoming requests through a centralized ticketing system, and contribute to content optimization efforts. The role includes a balance of guided tasks and independent work within the content management system. The Digital Content Operations Support Coordinator will report to the Manager, Digital Content.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
  • Troubleshoot and respond to content-related questions and requests
  • Oversee day-to-day website content workflows and handle questions/requests through the central ticketing system
  • Support promotion placements across the client's digital platforms
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards for all requests and projects
  • Create strong content while maintaining SEO best practices
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the client's core values
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital content management role required
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred
  • Experience with customer service or a related role preferred
Other Skills:
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and technologies
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
