Work Environment

This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through a combination of telehealth and in-office services at our outpatient facility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs and challenges of each client.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and actively monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals.
• Empower clients by equipping them with evidence-based coping strategies and essential life skills during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate quality care and enhance client outcomes.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance of client records in line with HIPAA standards, protecting the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
• Facilitate support groups and workshops that promote community healing and awareness around mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele consists of individuals from various ages and backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma, and life transitions. You will work closely with clients of all ages, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and personalized care to foster an environment of trust and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and valid professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to navigate and adapt to various therapeutic frameworks and methodologies, showcasing a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling in a private practice or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery methodologies.

• Background in crisis intervention and group therapy facilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and client caseload.
