Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to each client's needs using various therapeutic techniques.
  • Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress towards their mental health goals.
  • Assist clients in enhancing their coping strategies, life skills, and emotional regulation through innovative therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to coordinate care, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive support.
  • Maintain well-organized, accurate, and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and continue professional development through ongoing training opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will engage with a diverse client population that may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • An active and valid state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
  • A collaborative spirit to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience engaging with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and responsiveness.
Preferred Experience

  • Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is an added advantage.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and the complexity of the caseload. In addition to salary, we provide:
