Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and crafting personalized treatment plans.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic services through individual therapy, group sessions, and family interventions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborating seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Providing crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies, leveraging your expertise to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and combating stigma associated with mental health issues.

Your work will involve engaging with a wide variety of clients from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Show proven cultural competence in effectively serving clients from various backgrounds.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience

While it is essential to meet the qualifications listed, we also value candidates who bring additional experience such as:

• Therapeutic experience with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with trauma backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems that facilitate remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
