• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories, co-occurring mental health conditions, and individualized needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that target both addiction and any underlying mental health issues, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to client goals.
• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques informed by the latest research to encourage engagement and recovery.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic care synchronized across all aspects of their treatment journey.
• Educate clients' families and support networks, fostering an understanding of the recovery process to enhance support systems and promote involvement in treatment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

You will work with a diverse clientele primarily grappling with substance use disorders and concurrent mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and many may have limited access to traditional therapy due to geographic or socioeconomic barriers. This role is crucial in offering them the support they need in a safe and encouraging environment.

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in Oregon.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, demonstrating an understanding of substance use disorders and recovery practices.
• Thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse treatment and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage clients in the recovery process.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, exemplifying the ability to collaborate effectively within a teamwork environment.

• Experience in providing remote counseling services through telehealth platforms.
• Background in crisis intervention and risk assessment, enabling prompt and effective responses to complex cases.
• A track record of involvement in program development related to addiction recovery and mental health.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials.
