Greatmind Seattle Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that directly impact the quality of care provided to our clients. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing meaningful relationships while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing treatment plans, identifying any adjustments needed, and facilitating timely discharge when appropriate.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand client history and current needs.
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions and participating in collaborative multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Utilizing a growth mindset to continually enhance your practice and support professional development.

Our focus spans a diverse client base, including adults, children, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other concerns, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique situation. Your efforts contribute significantly to creating a safe environment that fosters healing and personal growth.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating an ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

Although the minimum requirement is one year of clinical experience, those with additional experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, performing intake assessments, and utilizing various software systems (such as RMS and Excel) will be highly regarded. Your ability to navigate technology efficiently will empower you to manage client documentation seamlessly and enhance communication with interdisciplinary teams.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
