Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that directly impact the quality of care provided to our clients. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Managing a caseload of clients, establishing meaningful relationships while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing treatment plans, identifying any adjustments needed, and facilitating timely discharge when appropriate.
  • Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand client history and current needs.
  • Engaging in individual supervision sessions and participating in collaborative multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Utilizing a growth mindset to continually enhance your practice and support professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
