Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload by establishing rapport and maintaining strong therapeutic alliances with clients while upholding professional boundaries and ethical standards.

  • Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs, ensuring that client autonomy and preferences are prioritized throughout the therapeutic journey.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation—including client progress notes and intake assessments—to meet clinical and legal standards.
