Greatmind Seattle Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. This full-time, remote position is centered around providing high-quality mental health services to clients in Bayonne, New Jersey, and beyond. • Manage a diverse caseload by establishing rapport and maintaining strong therapeutic alliances with clients while upholding professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients, facilitating discussions on progress and stability, and handling discharge processes when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs, ensuring that client autonomy and preferences are prioritized throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation—including client progress notes and intake assessments—to meet clinical and legal standards.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and integrating feedback into practice.
• Collaborate with ancillary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients, thereby integrating mental health services with other healthcare needs.
• Adopt a growth mindset with respect to professional development and client outcomes, seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

The client population served at Greatmind Seattle Therapy includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Our approach is client-centered, focused on building relationships that promote healing and resilience within a supportive environment. By offering a wide range of services including individual therapy and comprehensive assessments, we address the unique needs of every client, guided by evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Comfortable utilizing technology, including electronic health record systems and communication tools (e.g., Excel, PIMSY, Outlook).

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse individuals and families.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and suitability for services.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year based on experience, with additional opportunities for bonuses under our fee-for-service compensation model. Key benefits include:
