Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop an understanding of clients' mental health challenges and treatment objectives.
• Deliver personalized therapy through individual sessions as well as family and couples therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that evolve based on continuous feedback and monitoring of client progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions, ensuring a safe therapeutic space.
• Proactively engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Build strong therapeutic alliances with clients to foster trust and promote meaningful change in their lives.
• Provide practical tools and strategies to help clients navigate life's challenges, facilitating long-term growth and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Mental Axis Plus Support, Inc., you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits
