Location: Merrillville, IN (Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Onsite; Monday & Friday Remote)
Duration: August 1, 2026 – February 1, 2027
Conversion Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire after approximately 6–7 months
Rate: $65 – $70/hr (W2)
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States through U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card). Sponsorship is not available for this position. Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Salesforce IT Engineer to support the delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a large-scale Customer Contact Management (CCM) transformation initiative. This role will provide technical leadership and oversight across Salesforce development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities while partnering with internal teams and third-party implementation partners.
