We're looking for passionate, outgoing individuals to join our Bell Canada neighbourhood marketing team as a Bell District Manager.

The Work, The Mission:

  • Mentoring a team of sales representatives who visit households within assigned neighbourhoods on behalf of Bell Canada to achieve sales success.
  • Spend time in field coaching representatives one on one and in group settings.
  • Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
  • Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales and performance requirements.
  • Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement.
  • Assist with reporting in assigned district.
