Salary range (but not limited to):

80,700 - 98,700

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Commeexpert(e) en sinistres route,vous jouerez un role central dans notre mission principale : aider les gens. Vous ferez partie d'une equipe passionnee et diversifiee d'experts en sinistres, dediee a aider les clients a reprendre le cours de leur vie apres un sinistre.

Votre empathie et vos competences exceptionnelles seront des atouts precieux pour notre equipe. Nous vous offrirons des opportunites stimulantes pour enqueter et gerer des reclamations et des sinistres complexes en assurance des particuliers et des entreprises.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Evaluer et analyser l'information recueillie, les libelles d'assurance et les dommages pour determiner ce qui est couvert dans chaque situation.

  • Evaluer la responsabilite civile potentielle de l'assure et des tierces parties en consultant des experts.

  • Negocier avec les clients, les requerants, les avocats et les assureurs pour regler des sinistres, dans les limites de votre autorite.

  • Gerer des taches sur le terrain au nom des experts en sinistres internes.

  • Au besoin, participer activement a la gestion des sinistres et du travail lorsque le volume est important.

  • Collaborer efficacement avec differentes equipes, notamment celles de l'evaluation, de la souscription et des services juridiques.

  • Veiller a la gestion efficace des couts.

  • Suivre les tendances actuelles en matiere de produits d'assurance et de techniques et services d'evaluation et d'enquete.


Ce que vous mettrez a profit :

  • Detenir un permis de l'AMF valide. (5A)

  • Posseder au moins 3 ans d'experience en tant qu'expert en sinistres route, avec une expertise particuliere en sinistres causes par l'eau ou le feu, ainsi qu'en commercial.

  • Faire preuve d'une passion pour le service a la clientele et posseder de solides competences en communication ecrite et verbale.

  • Autonome et oriente(e) vers les objectifs, capable de travailler dans un environnement en evolution rapide.

  • Forte aptitude a la technologie avec d'excellentes competences informatiques.

  • Solides competences en matiere de resolution de problemes et de depannage.

  • Avoir un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite.

  • Etre en mesure de vous deplacer a court preavis.

  • Bien connaitre les produits d'assurance.

  • Bilinguisme (francais / anglais) - Necessite de traiter des dossiers de reclamations d'une clientele anglophone sur une base reguliere.
