Keeper Memorials est à la recherche d’un(e) leader expérimenté(e) pour superviser ses services commémoratifs virtuels et ses initiatives communautaires. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la façon dont les familles rendent hommage à leurs proches à travers des expériences modernes, personnalisées et profondément humaines.

Fonctions principales :

Concevoir et diriger des services commémoratifs virtuels personnalisés

Encadrer et soutenir les célébrants, équipes techniques et collaborateurs

Planifier et exécuter des programmes communautaires liés au deuil et à la mémoire

Créer les pages commémoratives et les pages d’événements sur Keeper

Rédiger et réviser du contenu aligné avec la mission de Keeper

Gérer les contrats, ententes de services et programmes affiliés

Analyser les performances et produire des rapports mensuels

Critères d’embauche (formation et expérience professionnelle)

Baccalauréat.

Au moins trois (3) d'expérience dans la planification et gestion d'évènements virtuels et dans le secteur des services funéraires ou de fin de vie.

Condition d’emploi : Poste permanent

Supervise and support celebrants, technical teams, and contributors

Plan and deliver community programs related to grief and remembrance

Create memorial pages and event pages on Keeper  

Write and edit content aligned with Keeper’s mission

Manage contracts, service agreements, and affiliate programs

Analyze performance and produce monthly reports


Hiring requirements (education and professional experience):

Bachelor’s degree

At least three (3) years of experience in virtual event planning and management, and in the funeral services or end-of-life care sector
