Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS (100% Remote)

Location: Remote (North America preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing SaaS team. This role is 100% focused on outbound prospecting—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

You will be on the front lines of our sales engine, playing a critical role in pipeline generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through strategic research and discovery
  • Engage decision-makers and articulate the value of our SaaS solution
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills (this is a hunter role)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • High level of resilience, discipline, and self-motivation in a remote environment
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
