This role is focused on execution with impact.ย You'llย partner closely with GTM leaders, Product Marketing, and senior enablement team members to deliver programs that improve rep performance, accelerateย ramp, and reinforce how we sell.ย Ifย you'reย someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, cares deeply about theย learnerย experience, and wants to grow into a strategic enablement leader-this role is built for you.ย 

Location: This position is hybrid in Seattle or Atlanta. We are open to remote within the U.S. for the right candidate.ย 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Onboarding: Help new hires get to productivity faster-and with confidence. You'll support and evolve onboarding programs tailored to different segments, ensuring consistency in how reps ramp and deliver value early.
  • Skill Development & Manager-Led Coaching:ย Turn training into execution.ย You'llย reinforce our salesย methodologyย and support manager-led coaching programs that build real skill-not just knowledge.ย You'llย also partner with front-line managersย & our sales coachย to drive adoption and consistency in the field.ย 

  • Competitive Enablement:ย Partnerย with Product Marketing toย equip the field to win in competitive moments.ย You'llย support the development of battle cards and competitive resources, while helpingย maintainย a consistent rhythm of updates and feedback loops from the field.ย 

  • Outreach Excellence:ย Bring our product story to life.ย In partnership with Product Marketing and senior enablement leaders,ย you'llย help translate product innovation into clear, compelling messaging that reps can confidently take to marketย - while ensuring reps are adopting andย useย Outreach to gain credibility.ย 

  • Tool Training & Adoption:ย Maximize the impact of our GTM tech stack.ย You'llย drive adoption and effective usage of key tools (e.g., LMS, call intelligence, sales engagement, content platforms) to ensure reps are working efficiently and effectively.ย 

  • Sales Motion Excellence:ย Reinforce how we execute across the sales cycle.ย You'llย support the rollout and reinforcement of our sales process, pipeline management, and forecasting approach-ensuring repsย haveย the tools and clarity to navigate deals effectively.ย 

  • Internal Communications:ย Reduce noise. Increase clarity.ย You'llย help ensure reps can easily find and apply the information they need-through well-structured contentย & playbooks, clear communication, and thoughtful content management.ย 

  • Continuous Improvement:ย Turn insights into action.ย You'llย analyzeย enablementย engagement and performance data toย identifyย gaps, inform improvements, and recognize what great looksย like-partnering with GTM leadership to continuously raise the bar.ย 

Our Vision of You
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, marketing, business, education or equivalent experience ย 
  • 2-4 years developing learning programs for sales/revenue teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a senior enablement position over time, with increasing ownership and strategic influence.ย 
  • 2+ years of experience working in a SaaS organizationย 
  • Strong ability to translate concepts into clear, actionable learning experiencesย 
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsย 
  • Data-informed mindset-you use insights to guide decisions and improve outcomesย 
  • Familiarity with change management approaches (e.g. the ADKAR model)ย 
  • Ability to analyze outcomes and utilize data insights to drive decision-makingย 
  • Exceptional communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaborationย 
  • Prior experience with different CMS / LMS platforms and Conversational Intelligence toolsย

  • Involvement in sales enablement groups (e.g.ย Sales Enablement Society)ย 

  • A passion for the learner experience and an understanding on how to apply best practices in building content for adult learningย

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location, and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range. Your Recruiter will share specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.ย
