Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for clients, utilizing standardized tests and individual interview techniques to understand their needs effectively.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that goals reflect the unique circumstances and priorities of each client.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes with an emphasis on continuous progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Work closely with families to provide emotional support, education, and techniques that promote development and recovery.
  • Keep abreast of all federal and state regulations concerning social work and mental health services, ensuring compliance in all practices.
  • Foster a trusting relationship with clients and their families by creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that encourages open dialogue.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and techniques within Natural Learning Environment Practices to maximize developmental outcomes.
  • Utilize coaching models to educate families in enhancing their childโ€™s developmental trajectory and fulfilling their needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client focus will be on individuals within our Detox Center, many of whom face substance use challenges. You will work directly with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing holistic care and support to ensure their recovery journey is constructive and informed. Your interventions will help clients develop essential life skills and coping strategies during a critical time in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driverโ€™s license, ensuring the ability to meet the demands of transportation when necessary.
