Essential Job Functions

  • This is a safety sensitive role
  • Safely operate a vehicle to transport RVs to and from Campers Inn stores, customer locations or other sites as needed
  • Communicate with dispatch to coordinate deliveries and pick ups
  • Communicate effectively with customers for deliveries and pick ups
  • Ability to maintain paperwork related to pick up and drop offs
  • Some travel outside of the Jacksonville, FL area may be required

Qualifications

  • Education:
    1. High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • License & Certifications:
    1. Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
  • Experience:
    1. Minimum of two years of towing or transport experience is preferred
  • Abilities:
    1. Ability to drive the company vehicle
    2. Ability to perform standardized safety checks
    3. Ability to operate towing equipment
    4. Ability to use basic tools
    5. Ability to stoop, bend, and sit for long periods of time
    6. Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
