Job description

Our Collision Repair team is expanding its front lines and we're looking for skilled and competent individuals to join our efforts! If you are a skilled automotive or RV painter look no further! This career ideal for someone who enjoys variety.

Our Service department is the heartbeat of our company keeping families camping and creating lifelong memories. The amount of experience in the RV industry is less important than having the qualities and skills of a successful RV Painter.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare RV surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming).
  • Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes to RV exteriors and interiors.
  • Match colors and ensure smooth, professional finishes.
  • Maintain painting equipment and work area.
  • Collaborate with technicians and service staff to meet project deadlines.
  • Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality work and billable hours
  • Professional Customer communication and service documentation

  • Previous experience in automotive, RV, or industrial painting.
  • Knowledge of paint mixing, spray gun operation, and finishing techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
  • Valid driver's license and transportation
