Hi, I'm Kelsey, the VP of Customer Success at EnsoData! We're excited to announce that we're looking for a new teammate - a Clinical Solutions Specialist passionate about making healthcare better!

The Clinical Solutions Specialist serves as a clinical subject matter expert and customer-facing partner, supporting both pre- and post-sale activities. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality product demonstrations, clinical training, and ongoing solution support to healthcare customers, while closely collaborating with Sales Account Executives to support pipeline development and deal success.

Clinical Demonstrations & Sales Support

  • Deliver compelling, clinically accurate product demonstrations to prospective customers in partnership with Sales Account Executives.
  • Support the sales cycle by addressing clinical workflows, use cases, and outcomes-related questions from clinicians and administrators.

Customer Training & Enablement

  • Conduct clinical onboarding and training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new customers, tailored to specific clinical roles and workflows.
  • Develop and refine clinical training materials, best practices, and enablement resources in collaboration with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Customer Success & Adoption Support

  • Provide ongoing clinical guidance, workflow optimization recommendations, and product usage insights post-implementation.
  • Participate in customer check-ins, QBRs, and feedback loops to capture clinical insights and inform product improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the voice of the clinician internally, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams on usability, workflow alignment, and feature needs.
  • Support internal enablement by training Sales, Customer Success, and other teams on clinical use cases and product updates.

Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Ensure all customer-facing activities align with regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements applicable to medical devices and SaMD products.
  • Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices, industry standards, and relevant healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, scientific, or healthcare-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of relevant clinical, clinical support, clinical applications, or healthcare technology experience.
  • RPSGT Certification (required)
  • Hands-on experience working with clinicians in a hospital, health system, or clinical practice environment.
  • Experience delivering clinical training, product demonstrations, or workflow education to healthcare audiences.
  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in a pre-sales, post-sales, or customer success capacity preferred.
Preferred
  • Located in MST or PST time zones
  • Certified in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH)
