Work Environment

This position is structured as a remote role, providing flexibility while enabling you to connect meaningfully with clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough client assessments to identify mental health concerns, gathering comprehensive histories to formulate clinical diagnoses.
  • Creating individualized treatment plans based on assessments, clinical best practices, and client goals, ensuring tailored therapy solutions.
  • Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Delivering crisis intervention services when clients are in acute distress, offering immediate support and action plans to help stabilize their conditions.
  • Documenting all client interactions accurately, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborating with a diverse interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses to develop comprehensive care plans for clients.
  • Offering psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatments, and local resources to empower informed decision-making.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development to remain updated on the latest therapeutic practices, attending workshops, and pursuing additional certifications as appropriate.
