Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients' emotional and psychological state.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific goals and needs of each client, adjusting as necessary based on their progress.
• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based strategies to promote healing.
• Regularly monitor client progress and provide necessary interventions, ensuring treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.
• Respond to crises and offer immediate support, employing effective crisis intervention techniques when needed.
• Maintain detailed and secure client records that meet all legal, ethical, and institutional requirements for confidentiality and data integrity.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to create a seamless care experience for clients.
• Continuously engage in professional development via trainings, supervision sessions, and staying informed on the latest mental health research and practices.
• Adhere to the ethical standards set by relevant licensing boards and organizations, ensuring accountability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling capacity.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to opportunities for performance bonuses.
