• Function as an Independent Contractor, facilitating your own schedule within our supportive framework.
• Conduct thorough assessments of senior clients’ needs, identifying their challenges and developing personalized care strategies to enhance their well-being.
• Provide emotional support and mental health resources to clients, actively researching and referring them to any external support services as needed.
• Deliver one-on-one counseling or psychotherapy sessions, focusing on adults and senior clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

This position is centered around serving senior clients, often dealing with complex emotional and mental health challenges related to aging and end-of-life issues. Your expertise will play a vital role in improving their quality of life, providing comfort, and assisting in navigating the grieving process for families and loved ones.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California is mandatory.
• Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite to maintain records, write reports, and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, managing a diverse and high-volume caseload.

• Experience working with geriatric populations and familiarity with hospice care practices is highly preferred, though not required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a compassionate and supportive environment for clients and their families.
• Experience in a fast-paced clinical setting, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
