• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients’ strengths, needs, and presenting issues, adapting your approach according to diverse situations.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation that meets both regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient’s recovery journey.
• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families, equipping them with tools to manage mental health challenges effectively.

The client population at our Detox Center consists predominantly of individuals overcoming substance use disorders. Our patients may present with a range of co-occurring mental health disorders, requiring an understanding of both addiction treatment and mental health issues. You will utilize your clinical skills to guide these individuals and their families toward recovery, enhancing their quality of life and helping them navigate a path to sustainable wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with patients and their families while also effectively collaborating with colleagues.

• Experience working within a Detox Center or similar treatment environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of patient progress.
• Background in crisis intervention and conflict resolution techniques within a clinical setting.
