As a licensed mental health counselor at Resolute Academy, you will work with a diverse clientele comprising adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship conflicts. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique experiences while promoting resilience and emotional well-being.

• Current and valid state licensure as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude essential for establishing therapeutic rapport.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and meet client needs.
