In this role, you will work primarily with clients dealing with end-of-life issues, chronic illness, and the emotional impacts associated with hospice care. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, requiring a culturally competent and sensitive approach to treatment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with experience in hospice or palliative care.
• Proven proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy and trauma-informed approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems effectively.

• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life counseling.
