Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll build products and/or product capabilities within the healthcare IT space, partnering with customers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders. You’ll combine our business strategy with customer centric approaches to build innovative products using agile development. Accept the challenge to enhance the patient journey and reduce time to treatment by advancing our digital solutions and advanced technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize the product roadmap for a defined product area by weighing customer value, business impact, risk, dependencies, and effort
  • Advance the organization’s AI transformation through a product‑led approach by identifying, prioritizing, and integrating AI‑enabled capabilities into product roadmaps
  • Continually update stakeholders on product progress, clearly articulating tradeoffs, costs, and benefits with a focus on delivering measurable value
  • Drive product decisions within a defined scope, ensuring alignment to Sonexus business objectives
  • Contribute to product management best practices, including refining processes, ways of working, and supporting team development where appropriate
  • Operate within a shared accountability model where Product defines the what and why and Engineering drives the how, with joint ownership of outcomes
  • Partner closely with Solution Owners and Engineering from discovery through delivery to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution
  • Engage with customers and users to build a deep understanding of their needs, workflows, and jobs to be done
  • Establish and track product metrics to measure progress toward outcomes, communicate results, and inform continuous optimization
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders, balancing costs, benefits, and delivery tradeoffs
Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years in Product Management with people leadership, preferred
  • Demonstrated success delivering and scaling digital products or platforms
  • Ability to drive AI‑enabled product capabilities within a broader portfolio
  • Strong partnership with Engineering in agile environments
  • Expertise in customer discovery, UX research, and outcome‑based development
  • Effective communicator across technical and business stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent, preferred
  • Healthcare IT background, preferred
  • Benefit Verification/Prior Authorization/electronic benefit investigation domain expertise
  • Travel as needed

Training and work schedules
  • Your new hire training will take place 8:00am – 5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required.
  • This position is full‑time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CST. Schedule may vary depending on business needs.
