Senior Proposal Manager (GovCon / IDIQ / Shipley) Location: Alexandria, VA (Remote Flexibility) Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Annual Reviews & Bonus Incentive Plan (BIP) Position Type: Direct Hire | New Role Sponsorship: Not Available Senior Proposal Manager (GovCon / IDIQ / Shipley) Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end federal proposal development within a growing government contractor. This individual will own the full proposal lifecycle—from RFP analysis through submission—while driving structure, quality, and strategy in a fast-paced, small-business environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can manage multiple rapid-turnaround proposals, and enjoys building scalable processes that directly impact business growth.
