• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver individual and group counseling, focusing on fostering resilience and coping strategies.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized service plans that align with clients' goals and objectives to enhance their well-being.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to community resources, ensuring they receive the support they need the most.

• Network and collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and fellow volunteers to enhance service delivery and client care.

Your work as an LCSW will primarily focus on serving clients in a hospice setting, which requires a deep understanding of the unique emotional and psychological challenges faced by individuals and families during end-of-life care. You will provide compassionate support and guidance to help clients navigate complex feelings of grief, loss, and transition, promoting emotional well-being during a critical phase of their lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care principles and social justice advocacy.
• Strong empathy, communication, and organizational skills essential for client interaction and case coordination.

• Prior experience in a nonprofit organization or healthcare setting, especially in hospice care or similar fields.
• Knowledge of community resources and support services available to clients and their families.
