Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to support our Florida market, the largest and most dynamic region within the world's largest cannabis retailer. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for a designer who thrives in a high-volume retail environment and is passionate about creating compelling digital marketing campaigns that drive business results.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital design for retail brands, excels at managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality creative under tight deadlines. This role partners closely with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to develop omni-channel campaigns that support both our internal brands and strategic brand partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Design and execute digital-first creative for promotional campaigns, product launches, and ongoing retail marketing initiatives.
Develop compelling assets across multiple digital channels, including email, web, paid media, social media, digital advertising, and CRM.
Support omni-channel campaigns that maintain brand consistency while driving customer engagement and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Ensure creative assets meet brand standards, production specifications, and quality expectations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative workflows, efficiencies, and design systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing within the retail industry.
Proven experience designing high-volume promotional and campaign creative in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices across email, web, social media, paid media, and e-commerce.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Highly output-driven with a demonstrated history of delivering quality work at scale.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud + AEM and Figma
Experience working within established brand systems while adapting creative to multiple campaigns and audiences.
