THE COMPANY
We are a fast-paced, creatively-driven experiential marketing agency based in New York City, specializing in high-end brand activations for clients in the spirits, fashion, film, and luxury industries. We are seeking a talented Experiential Designer to join our remote team. This position offers flexibility to work remotely with a preference for candidates based in New York City.


JOB SUMMARY
As an Experiential Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and planning of immersive, high-quality brand experiences. You'll help bring concepts to life through spatial design, idea generation, and detailed production planning. Your role will involve translating a client's visual identity and marketing strategy into engaging, innovative designs that resonate with their audience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the conceptualisation and design of immersive experiences that align with client brand visions.
  • Create floorplans, mock-ups, renderings, and visual materials to support the experiential production process.
  • Collaborate with account services, production, and creative teams to bring designs to life.
  • Produce detailed visual assets and design documents for client presentations.
  • Support the execution of large-scale experiential projects, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and creatively.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to each project.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A creative, adaptable experiential designer who can bring innovative design concepts to life.
  • Ability to produce polished renderings and communicate design ideas clearly.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects, or an eagerness to grow into such work.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics with an eye for detail and design accuracy.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Event Design, Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Experiential Designer or in a related creative role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required).
  • Knowledge of Rhino, Blender, Unreal Engine, or similar 3D modeling software (preferred).
  • Skilled in AutoCAD and V-Ray or similar rendering tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Google suite and other remote collaboration tools.
  • Hand-sketching skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of production processes and fabrication methods is a plus.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Ability to contribute to and collaborate on creative solutions for experiential design challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both in presenting ideas and listening to feedback.
