Job description

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Digital Graphic Designer

Location: Fully Remote
Salary Range: $50,000$60,000

About Paul Fredrick

Paul Fredrick is a menswear brand rooted in timeless style, quality craftsmanship, and a refined approach to dressing. We specialize in direct-to-consumer menswear, combining classic tailoring and elevated essentials with modern versatility.

We are a lean, collaborative team that cares deeply about maintaining a thoughtful and consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to help lead the execution of our weekly digital marketing creative across email, paid ads, and homepage updates.

This is a highly hands-on, production-focused design role within an established brand system. The majority of the role centers around designing weekly email campaigns and supporting digital assets that drive the ongoing rhythm of our ecommerce business.

The ideal candidate understands fashion ecommerce creative and knows how to translate loose merchandising and marketing direction into polished, effective, brand-right design.

This role is best suited for someone who:

  • enjoys working within established design systems
  • understands ecommerce and retail marketing cadence
  • can work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing taste or consistency
  • is comfortable taking ownership and working independently
  • has strong visual merchandising and layout instincts
  • enjoys refining and evolving creative over time rather than constantly reinventing it

This is not a blank-slate conceptual branding role. We already have established design systems, templates, and brand standards in place. A strong candidate understands when to leverage existing systems efficiently and when thoughtful iteration or a new solution is appropriate.

While there may be opportunities over time to contribute to broader brand and campaign work, weekly email and digital marketing creative will remain the core focus of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute weekly email marketing campaigns within the Paul Fredrick brand system
  • Create supporting paid social and digital advertising assets
  • Update and manage weekly homepage hero creative and related site assets
  • Translate loose marketing and merchandising briefs into compelling, customer-focused creative
  • Utilize and evolve existing templates and design systems thoughtfully and efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with creative leadership, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders throughout feedback and revision cycles
  • Present work internally and respond to feedback quickly and professionally
  • Prepare and upload final email assets into our email platform
  • Maintain consistency, organization, and attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Balance brand elevation with promotional clarity and ecommerce performance goals

Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in digital design, ideally within fashion, retail, or ecommerce
  • Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing, digital campaigns, and ecommerce-focused creative
  • Previous experience designing email creative for fashion or retail brands (must have)
  • Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, layout, and visual merchandising
  • Experience working within established brand systems and template-driven workflows
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfort working from loose briefs and making thoughtful visual decisions independently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in fashion, menswear, and ecommerce marketing

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Figma is required
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Working at Paul Fredrick

We are a lean, collaborative creative team that values thoughtful work, strong communication, and a high level of ownership. The pace of ecommerce and fashion marketing can move quickly, so successful designers in this role are organized, dependable, and comfortable managing recurring deadlines within a fast-moving environment.

This role offers meaningful responsibility and close collaboration with creative leadership. The people who thrive here are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing consistency, efficiency, and strong creative judgment within an established brand system.
