Job Title: Lead UX Designer Remote Work Contract Length: 4+ Months Job ref# 247353 Seeking a Lead UX Designer to improve the user experience across digital auto sales and auto lending platforms. This role focuses on user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, compliant user experiences. This is a remote contract position

Key Responsibilities User Experience Design Design intuitive user experiences for digital products and platforms. Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve usability.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. Evaluate product performance after launch and recommend enhancements. Journey Mapping Develop end-to-end customer journey maps.

Identify pain points and opportunities for process improvements. Support projects involving compliance journey mapping. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with developers, analysts, designers, and business stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions. Collaborate throughout design, testing, and implementation phases. Research & Testing Develop and test prototypes.

Validate designs with end users. Incorporate user feedback into continuous design improvements. Required Qualifications Strong UX design experience.

Strong journey mapping experience. Experience with auto retail sales platforms or auto lending platforms. Experience using: Miro UXPressia Lucidchart Experience creating: Journey maps Wireframes Prototypes Experience conducting usability testing.

Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Experience analyzing user interactions and improving user experiences. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (experience may substitute for education).

Preferred Qualifications Experience with compliance mapping. Previous experience supporting similar projects. Previous experience with similar roles.
