Job description

We are currently looking for a strategic and commercially driven Pricing & Revenue Growth Manager / Customer Offering Manager to lead the evolution of our pricing and revenue optimization strategy.

This role will play a key part in transforming our pricing ecosystem towards a more customer-centric and omnichannel approach, focused on value creation, profitability and sustainable revenue growth.

We are looking for a highly analytical profile with strong business acumen and experience driving pricing, commercial optimization and revenue growth initiatives within complex and dynamic environments.

Key Responsabilities

  • Design and optimize Amplifon's value packages, combining hearing devices, clinical services, warranties and maintenance into compelling customer-centric propositions.
  • Develop pricing frameworks focused on perceived value and premiumization strategies rather than standalone product pricing.
  • Lead category and pricing architecture strategies across premium and mainstream segments.
  • Build advanced pricing, elasticity and conversion models to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, margin and commercial performance.
  • Design and implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Identify margin leakage and profitability improvement opportunities through transactional and commercial data analysis.
  • Define pricing and discount governance frameworks together with retail leadership teams.
  • Monitor competitor pricing strategies, market positioning and commercial trends to generate actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Finance, Marketing and Commercial teams to drive Revenue Growth Management initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Optimize local and regional pricing strategies according to market dynamics and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5-15 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, Category Management or related strategic commercial functions.
  • Proven track record managing pricing strategies and commercial optimization initiatives within complex and customer-centric businesses.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent business and commercial acumen.
  • Experience working with pricing models, elasticity analysis, profitability optimization and revenue growth strategies.
  • Preferred background in advanced omnichannel retail, consumer electronics, premium/luxury retail, beauty, telecommunications or subscription-based businesses.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on profile with strong execution capabilities and strategic thinking.
  • Native Spanish and professional fluency in English are mandatory.
