Our Newest Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a true insurance advisor, not just a transactional order taker. You will be responsible for managing a book of business and delivering an extraordinary client experience daily.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Manage a book of business of commercial insurance accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify and analyze client needs
• Develop and present insurance solutions
• Negotiate and place insurance policies
• Manage client renewals
• Provide claims assistance
• Deliver an extraordinary client experience
• Help marketing team with new business submissions
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in business insurance sales
• 2-5 years commercial account management experience, preferred
• Strong understanding of business insurance products and services
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
