Compensation:$130,000 - $160,000 yearly OTE
Responsibilities:What we need from you
- Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the highest standards of legal representation.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney to develop and implement effective case strategies that align with client goals.
- Mentor and guide associate attorneys, fostering professional growth and strengthening overall team expertise.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests with confidence and integrity.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Oversee the drafting and review of legal documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications:What you need to have
- Experience leading complex family law cases from start to finish, consistently delivering top-tier legal representation.
- Ability to collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney to design and implement strategic case plans.
- Proven success in mentoring and guiding associate attorneys, contributing to their professional growth and development.
