About Us

We are a well-established, multi-practice North Texas law firm serving businesses, individuals, and organizations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and across Texas. Our litigation team handles construction disputes, commercial litigation, contract matters, business disputes, lien claims, payment bond claims, and other complex civil matters. Confidential Employer.

Job Description

  • Handle construction and commercial litigation matters under the direction of senior attorneys.
  • Work on pre-litigation construction lien claims and payment bond claims.
  • Review client issues, analyze legal options, and help determine the best course of action.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, proceedings, negotiations, and case strategy discussions.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, correspondence, settlement agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, senior attorneys, paralegals, staff, opposing counsel, and courts.

  • Ability to work closely with senior attorneys while managing meaningful litigation responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
  • ABA involvement is a plus but should not be treated as a hard requirement unless confirmed by the client.

Why You Will Love Working Here

  • You will work on substantive litigation matters instead of being limited to repetitive support work.
  • You will receive guidance from experienced senior attorneys while continuing to build your own practice.
  • You will join a firm with strong systems, professional staff, and a collaborative legal team.
  • You will gain exposure to construction, commercial, contract, and business litigation matters in a growing market.
