Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy eDiscovery Litigation Paralegal for a confidential client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced legal team and play a critical role in managing complex litigation matters involving electronic discovery. If you have a strong background in litigation support and a passion for legal technology, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the eDiscovery process, including data collection, processing, review, and production
  • Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and IT teams to ensure proper handling of electronically stored information (ESI)
  • Assist with document review projects using platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or DISCO
  • Organize and maintain litigation databases, case files, and discovery logs
  • Support litigation teams with deposition preparation, trial exhibits, and case timelines
  • Ensure compliance with court rules and discovery protocols
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3???5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a focus on eDiscovery
  • Proficiency with eDiscovery tools and platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, Logikcull)
  • Strong understanding of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting large-scale litigation or class action cases
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and legal hold procedures
  • Paralegal certificate or bachelors degree in a related field
