Job Schedule:

DayTimeThur03:00 AM - 11:00 AMFri04:00 AM - 11:30 AM

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities for a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events and notifying appropriate contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned posts, verifying credentials and controlling access in accordance with property rules, post orders, and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Carry authorized duty equipment, including a firearm, and perform assigned responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
  • Possess a valid armed guard card and/or license.
  • Possess a valid law enforcement officer license.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
