This is a role for someone who's energized by building, curious about emerging technology, and ready to make a lasting impact.

Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk
Experience using data analysis to identify trends, surface insights, and support informed decision-making
Relevant certification in project management or discovery technology (e.g. Project Management Professional, Relativity Certified Administrator, Certified E-Discovery Specialist)
Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience
Significant experience leading complex discovery projects or program management
Strong technology aptitude, with knowledge of common discovery tools, project management tools, database management, and AI solutions
Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills
