As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and patient interactions from the comfort of your office or home environment. • Perform comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and determine appropriate interventions.
• Provide expert counseling services to individuals coping with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and other psychosocial issues.
• Assist patients in navigating and completing necessary paperwork for entitlements, supplemental insurance claims, and valuable benefit programs.
• Advocate for patients within community agencies, ensuring they have access to resources and support systems that promote recovery and wellness.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records and documentation using electronic health record systems, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Coordinate transportation options for patients as needed, helping to facilitate their attendance at appointments and therapy sessions.
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights on patient progress and care plans.
• Identify educational needs for diverse patient populations and provide guidance for prenatal, postpartum, and general wellness education.
• Conduct follow-ups on missed appointments to re-engage patients in their treatment plans and address barriers to accessing care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

This role focuses on patients undergoing detox and recovery from substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Your expertise will guide them through challenges and support their recovery journey, making a meaningful connection that fosters trust and engagement in treatment.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is highly preferred, with an emphasis on clinical training.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is preferred.
• At least two years of direct social work experience, with a preference for up to five years in behavioral health, addiction, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• Experience working with detox and rehabilitation settings is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with multicultural clients and address their unique needs effectively.
• Previous experience in case management and crisis intervention is highly desirable.

Harmonious Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
