Finding great drivers takes more than posting jobs-it takes curiosity, good conversations, and knowing how to connect the right person with the right opportunity. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and using technology to solve problems, we'd love to meet you.


As a Truck Driver Recruiter, you'll identify and engage qualified CDL drivers, guide them through the hiring process, and make hiring decisions based on DOT regulations and company standards. You'll use our ATS, social media, and other recruiting tools to keep your pipeline moving while creating a positive experience for every candidate.


What You'll Do
