• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual therapy sessions, facilitating family therapy, and leading group therapy when appropriate.
• Document each session meticulously, including treatment reviews and updates to treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients and help them achieve their recovery goals.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, embodying the values of authenticity, humor, and compassion in every interaction.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your expertise will contribute to understanding and addressing a range of mental health challenges and familial dynamics, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach to therapy. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

• Proficient experience in documenting mental health treatment, including completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Demonstrable experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families is essential.

• Willingness to undergo a background check to ensure client safety and care integrity.

• Experience with fee collection procedures and familiarity with insurance processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and innovative treatment approaches that can be applied in a remote setting.
• Strong self-regulation and the ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to suit the individual needs of clients.
