Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Recovery Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of helping individuals navigate their recovery journeys by providing compassionate support, crisis intervention, skill development, and behavioral health guidance. Duties

  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized recovery plans that promote mental health and behavioral stability
  • Provide crisis management and intervention support during urgent situations, ensuring client safety and stabilization
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral changes and reinforce recovery goals
  • Offer mentorship and behavioral health counseling to foster resilience, self-efficacy, and emotional well-being
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans within electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, addiction counselors, and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care
