Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions designed to foster connection among clients. You will create a safe environment where participants can share experiences and support each other on their mental health journeys.
• Individual Therapy Sessions: Conduct personalized counseling sessions, employing empathetic listening and therapeutic techniques to explore clients' thoughts and behaviors. You will develop tailored coping strategies and actionable plans that resonate with their individual experiences.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-driven treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations, ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Regularly communicate with colleagues across different disciplines to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for clients facing complex issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults experiencing mental health difficulties, including mood disorders and anxiety. You will provide crucial support that not only addresses their immediate concerns but also equips them with the tools necessary for long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated experience working with clients facing mental health issues in either residential or outpatient settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, reflecting a collaborative attitude aligned with our organizational mission.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.
• Experience documenting clinical progress and treatment adjustments in compliance with standard practices.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, Trillium Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
