The role will be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility in your schedule, including potential evening and weekend hours. While operating remotely, you will have access to a collaborative online environment, fostering teamwork through regular virtual meetings and communication with other professionals in the organization. Our multidisciplinary approach includes social workers, medical staff, and recovery coaches who work in tandem to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients’ substance abuse history as well as their mental health status.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues, adjusting as necessary based on client progress.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to promote healing and recovery.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members in the treatment center to ensure cohesive care and facilitate communication regarding client progress.
• Engage and educate clients’ families, integrating them into the recovery process wherever appropriate to enhance support systems.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.

Our clients primarily include individuals battling substance use disorders, often alongside mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. As a mental health therapist, your role will be critical in supporting these individuals to navigate their recovery journeys and move towards fulfilling, substance-free lives.

• Must possess a valid license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice in the state of Arizona.
• A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Key understanding of evidence-based practices related to addiction and co-occurring disorders is required.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to motivate and engage clients through their recovery journey.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience working in addiction counseling or mental health settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment frameworks used in addiction recovery.
• Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary team is highly valued.
