• Utilize evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions to address the emotional and behavioral needs of individual clients and families.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and generate initial discharge plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, maintaining a focus on the treatment plan and adjusting as necessary based on clients' progress.
• Document therapy services provided per professional and facility standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance in clinical records.
• Manage a caseload of clients effectively and participate in regular team meetings to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to provide integrated services tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach, responding effectively to client feedback and addressing concerns to continually enhance care quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall functionality and effectiveness of the clinic.

Your expertise will be utilized in working with a diverse population that includes adolescents, adults, and families. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is necessary, candidates with a background in working with both adults and children will be viewed favorably. Experience developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and utilizing various therapeutic modalities to treat emotional and behavioral disorders is essential.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
