This position is entirely remote, enabling you to provide client care from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging virtual group therapy sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and support one another in a safe environment.
• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored one-on-one therapy sessions, helping clients delve into their feelings and thoughts, enhancing coping skills and establishing actionable recovery plans.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their unique challenges and aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate clients’ progression and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including regular communication and case consultations for complex scenarios.

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Engaging this demographic requires patience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of their unique life experiences. By fostering a supportive environment that emphasizes open dialogue and meaningful connections, you will directly assist in their journey towards recovery.

• Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license valid in your jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in mental health treatment settings, preferably with young adult clients exhibiting mood disorders.
• Strong clinical skills, particularly in motivational interviewing and evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
