What You'll Do
As a
Remote Client Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.
Client Service Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Explain products and services in a clear, professional manner
- Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
